  • Authentication & Consent Overhaul: Finalize auth provider, implement verified email/password login, and assign stable cgUserId.

  • Implement DOB collection to calculate Lucra eligibility and lead gen marketing.
  • Subscription Trial Logic Update: Rework 30-day trial to 7 or 14 days. Update all related copy.

Rook Integration

  • Begin integration mid-Phase 2 to ensure smooth transition.
  • Offload device syncing responsibilities to the Rook platform.
  • Map Rook device data into Cardiogram's existing logic.
  • Remove or deprioritize internal device logic where applicable.
  • Run comprehensive QA on syncing, onboarding flow, and fallback behavior.

UI Refresher

Infrastructure Update
  • Create updated Figma assets for full Cardiogram app.
  • Implement updated design system elements from a dev standpoint (typography, spacing, colors).
  • Optimize key user flows for improved usability and visual consistency.
Design + Dev: 2 weeks
QA: 1 week
Target: 3 weeks total

  • Begin prep work mid-Phase 3.
  • Integrate Lucra SDK into Cardiogram (iOS + Android).
  • Pass cgUserId and store lucraUserId for user mapping.
  • Implement "Challenges" section using the Lucra SDK.
  • Ensure consent enforcement is complete before rollout.
